When they emerge from the check-in tent cyclists are greeted with a cup of chilled water, which is clearly very welcome.

There is a wonderful atmosphere along Madeira Drive with thousands of cyclists milling around, meeting up with familiy and friends. Deservedly, cyclists have a tremendous sense of personal achievement.
